This 100% Syrah Rosé
The Syrah variety is grown at the family vineyard Bozokbag on the Gallipoli Peninsula. It is harvested at the perfect stage of its ripeness and vinified following a short and controlled maceration.
Tasting Notes: It has a pink color with red cherry hues, aromas of melon, papaya, raspberry, grapefruit, with hints of rosemary and violet. On the palate, it is juicy with a refreshing acidity and clean finish. Enjoy it with salads, crudities, grilled chicken and spicy food.
