The indigenous variety Karasakız is unique to the Gallipoli Peninsula region and grows at Bozokbag. It is harvested at the perfect stage of its ripeness and pressed as whole bunches under inert gas.
Tasting Notes: Salmon-pink color. Notes of red currant, cherry, dry mint and spices. Juicy flavors of summer berries and a clean lingering finish. Enjoy it with pasta, mezze and mediterranean dishes, as well as fresh cheese.
